This is the full recording of our June session, it's a Solstice service built around one of the most ancient relationships we have: our relationship with the sun.
In this episode, we explore what it means to become light as medicine as a spiritual practice.
In the sermon, we cover:
- Why our fear of the sun has cost us, and how to reclaim this relationship
- The body as a light-receiving instrument: receptor sites, hormone regulation, mood, and the circadian rhythm reset that morning sunlight provides
- Sun gazing, sun codes, and light as spiritual transmission
- The solar masculine across world traditions; the sun as God, Source, Universe
Then we drop in.
A 25-minute breathwork session where you'll identify a place in your body asking for light (physical, emotional, or energetic) and breathe it in.
