Slowing Down to Heal, Listen, and Move With Intention

Winter invites a different way of showing up. Instead of pushing for change, this season asks us to slow down, listen, and create the internal conditions that make healing possible.

In this episode, I share a teaching and guided experience from inside the ministry on how to show up for yourself this winter, through intentional slowing down rather than force.

In this episode, we explore:

  • Why winter is a powerful season for healing and reorganization
  • How slowing down supports nervous system safety and reduces resistance
  • Three ways “slow down” can show up in daily life:
  • How microdosing and embodiment work together to support lasting change

Inside the ministry, we work with a supportive rhythm:

  • 4-weeks of consistent microdosing with any of the sacraments
  • 60 minutes per week of embodiment, including breathwork, intuitive movement, vagal toning, self-touch, or gentle exercise

Embodiment means paying attention to your bodily experience from within, without judgment or trying to fix it.

This episode includes a short embodied reflection to help you slow down, listen inwardly, and move forward with intention.

If you feel called to practice this work with support, you’re invited to join the Embodied Microdosing Challenge, beginning Friday, January 16.
